For orders previously placed with The Packaging Wholesalers, visit packagingwholesalers.com.

Moving forward, you will place all new orders with BOX Partners. Open orders and invoice details for new orders will be accessible exclusively on boxpartners.com.

Where will my invoices come from?

For previously placed orders, you will receive invoices from BOX Partners OR The Packaging Wholesalers, depending on where you placed your order.

Moving forward, you will place all new orders with BOX Partners and receive invoices from BOX.

Will I be reissued with new invoices?

No. We will not send new invoices for invoices already issued.

You should send payments for existing BOX Partners invoices to BOX Partners and existing Packaging Wholesalers invoices to The Packaging Wholesalers.

Where do I send payments?

Payment via ACH is the best method.

Where will my order ship from?

Orders previously placed with BOX Partners will ship from the IL or CA distribution centers. 

Orders previously placed with The Packaging Wholesalers will ship from the IL, TX, GA, or PA distribution centers.

When will my order ship?

UPS orders will generally ship the same day, and LTL orders will typically ship the next day.

How will my small parcel order ship?

All parcel shipments will ship with UPS Ground, Two Day, or Next Day services.

How will my backorder ship?

For orders previously placed with BOX, backorders will ship from BOX Partners. Call BOX Customer Service at 800-806-2636 for assistance.

For orders previously placed with TPW, backorders will ship from The Packaging Wholesalers. Call TPW Customer Service at 800-548-9121 for assistance.

How do I get a proof of delivery?

You can obtain proof of delivery for previous orders placed with BOX on boxpartners.com and packagingwholesalers.com for orders previously placed with The Packaging Wholesalers.

When and where do I pick up my CPU order?

BOX PARTNERS

Orders previously placed with BOX Partners are available for pickup at the following locations.

  • Elgin Distribution Centers: 2650 and 2601 Galvin Drive, Elgin, IL 60124

  • California Distribution Center: 548 W Merrill Avenue, Rialto, CA 92376

You or your customer may pick up orders from 7 am to 7 pm local time. Orders are ready for pick up 2 hours after they are received. Orders placed by 5 pm local time are available for same-day pickup.
